Biography
Mexican singer/songwriter Cesar Lazcano started playing guitar at the age of 16, soon writing his own pop tunes. Gloria Trevi was the first artist adding one of his compositions to her discography. It was a song called "La Papa Sin Catsup," included in her 1994's album Mas Turbada Que Nunca. The singer's debut album was called Lazcano Malo. In 1999, Cesar Lazcano was awarded with a Palma de Oro trophy by the Mexican Journalists Association CINPE for his contribution to local popular music.
